Auctiva for Posting eBay Auctions? Your Thoughts…
If you are a user of Auctiva I am curious to hear your feedback about this auction management system. I have a number of items that I am going to want to put on eBay and after searching through listings on eBay itself to see what people are using Auctiva came up quite a bit. I can’t help but wonder if free is the reason.
I did create an Auctiva account and for the most part things seem to be relatively simple. They do image hosting, have auction templates and a scrolling list of your eBay items. What I didn’t see was how the process works with your buyers and what the post auction management and reporting are like. I’m looking for your insight folks. In a previous post I made I was looking for seller software. No one had any suggestions to offer. Certainly there must be someone in the blog community that is a seller on eBay and has recommendations.

Hey bill! I don’t know that I have much information to offer, but I do have a comment about Auctiva. I use it and am pretty pleased with it. I don’t know that it’s the best auction management site out there, but like you say “it’s free.” What I especially like about it is the templates that ebay would charge you to select if you were listing the auction directly in their system AND you only pay for one photo. I don’t know what the limit is, but it might be somewhere around 10. That’s plenty for me. They also give you a discount on shipping insurance if you get it through them, but I don’t know how to get it through them. Not user friendly in that sense, but it meets my needs as of right now.
