I don't know that I have much information to offer, but I do have a comment about Auctiva. I use it and am pretty pleased with it. I don't know that it's the best auction management site out there, but like you say "it's free." What I especially like about it is the templates that ebay would charge you to select if you were listing the auction directly in their system AND you only pay for one photo. I don't know what the limit is, but it might be somewhere around 10. That's plenty for me. They also give you a discount on shipping insurance if you get it through them, but I don't know how to get it through them. Not user friendly in that sense, but it meets my needs as of right now.
